低糖
糖,是甜味最主要的来源。大多数人都喜欢糖的甜味,而糖也被广泛使用在各类加工食品与甜食上。因为含甜味的食物是最受欢迎的。但是,糖除了提供热量以外,几乎不含其他对人体有益的营养成份。反之,长期摄取高糖份的食物将导致肥胖,影响食欲,造成蛀牙,肠道害菌滋生,营养不均匀等健康问题。因此,为了健康着想,控制糖份与甜食的摄取是很重要的。减少摄取糖份最好的方法就是少喝汽水,饮料以白开水为主,少吃甜点或自己做低糖份的甜点。


低盐
盐,是食物中重要的调味料。少了盐的食物会令人食之无味,食不下咽。但是过量的盐分,却会影响血压,造成心脏的负担,也会增加肾脏的工作量。一般健康的人,每日的食盐摄取量应低于6-8g,高血压患者则应更严格。但往往我们一天的食盐摄取量都远远地超过这个指数。低盐除了在烹调时少用盐之外,各种腌制食品,即煮的调味料、罐头食品、速食品等的摄取都要控制。除此之外,减少在外用餐,在家自己烹调也是减少盐分摄取的好方法。

高纤
